1) must get office/home jobs finished and off the reminder list
2) drop kids to school
3) get groceries on way home
4) assert or seek worth in relationship.
5) manage micro crisis on multiple fronts.
6) go for an evening walk as my time to de-stress.
1) count my blessings and be grateful for them
2) practice random acts of kindness
3) be productive around my passion
4) control what I can, release what I can’t and just breathe
5) be all heart in my relationships
6) smile for no reason
